This is only a rough edit without any colour corrections or effects.

We see two racing cars appearing from two sides at the airport. They stop in an equal line on the runway. In the car the racers are looking at each other’s furious faces and make show of their fast cars by letting their engines scream. A few short close-ups are exposing the race-styled wheels, gas pedals, steers handbrakes and exhaust pipes shortly before the race starts. Then an auto racing flag is waved between the two cars and the race begins. We can see the cars departing from behind and a few close up shots of the riving cars are following. In the end, once it is clear which one won the race the drives leave their car and the looser congratulates the winner by a handshake. At the same time the environment switches from exterior to an interior place where we see the two guys in casual clothes on the simulator doing the same handshake. Then they stand up and walk out of the frame and a few shots of the simulators are following with additional typographic information like on the sidebar of the website.

Second Idea

We can see an abandoned building devastated cars and construction machines. A motor is screaming and a race car slowly appears out of the building. At the same time there are very short intercuts to the steering devices of the simulator not letting the audience know yet that it is actually not inside the car. The car is leaving the scrap yard and appears on a straight street on the countryside. Once more we can see intercuts to the simulator but this time also very close ups (eyes, mouth, nose etc.) of the racer. The car is driving faster and faster the motor howls and the wheels scream on the asphalt. A series of short close-up cuts of the car (wheels, side mirror, exhaust pipes etc.) is following. While the camera is moved backwards we can see the last wide shot of the car disappearing behind the corner.
Depending on the dolly available there’s a turn around the simulator.

We intend to have a high quality image, therefore we’ll shoot on HDV and edit the footage with professional programmes like Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Apple Color.

Composition: As mentioned previously the colour language will be coherent with the internet appearance of the product, meaning there will be three main colours, black, white and red. The camera language will be rather nervous in order to represent the exciting race feeling the product offers.

Acting: As there is no dialogue, acting is not of such great importance. However the person operating the simulator should be able to have potential to show emotions on the simulator and have a nice rather young looking face (not too young!).

Music and Sound composition

Music has been chosen by Michal and Alan prior to the production.
For the sounds we intend to use the original sound while shooting but some wild tracks of specific sounds will be recorded additionally. There won’t be any dialogue or voice over.

Way of proceeding

So far there was the first meeting with Michal and Alan during which the shooting locations were presented and we prepared a full photographic documentation. We advised them on the two possible stories and we agreed to the second idea with one car only. This allows more possibilities during the shooting and saves time.

There are going to be three days of shooting six hours a day, beginning from June 6th till June 8th (Sun-Tue).

The car that is going to be used in the video is white Lamborgini X.

The following steps are:

• preparation of the storyboard
• shot list
• call sheet
• shooting exterior
• shooting interior depending on the simulator

Post production

Depending on the availability of the simulator the shooting interior will take place. Post production will be delayed until both parts of the video are shot. Editing will take about 14 days.

Budget

It’s a no pay production, though the following have to be provided:

• The camera is 250 zloty for a shooting day.
• Expenses for tapes and little kits for the set: 100 zloty.
• Directional mic, Marantz: xxx zloty.
• Dolly, crane: depending on the producers
